This was the aircraft that almost came to grief departing from MEL after the crew had entered incorrect load data into the onboard computer (as detailed on another photo). It suffered several tail strikes during the take off run and eventually managed to get airborne but had to return to MEL after dumping fuel to assess damage to the airframe. It flew to DXB at low level about 10 days later for repairs to the rear fuselage.
