Delivered on 8 January 1976 as a C212-A2. Assigned to Esq503. Later reserialled into 16515. The Aviocar was stored at Lajes (Portugal) from September 2004 up to late 2010, before it was shipped back to Beja in Portugal. The aircraft departed on 21 September 2010 by truck to Porto de carga da Praia da Vitoria. It was seen in the USA at North Hollywood (CA) in early 2018 and a year later seen stored at the United Aeronautical Corporation scrap yard near Tucson (AZ).
