On the morning of 25 February 2022, a Sukhoi Su-27P (bort 100 Blue s/n 36911035716) of the 831st Tactical Aviation Brigade was shot down likely by forces of the Russian Federation in the vicinity of the residential suburb of Osokorky, Darnytskyi Raion, Kyiv.
