Ferried from Orly to Merville in 5.93 for ground instructional use at the technical school with 42,538hrs logged

This was the last production Caravelle. Delivered to Air Inter on 16 March 1973. It wears their original colour scheme. Retired in September 1991. An earlier Caravelle of Air Algerie arrives at Orly in dramatic lighting conditions.

Air Canada never operated the Caravelle, but the Musée de l'Air's F-GCVL was temporarily painted in AC colours for the shooting of the movie 'L'Instinct de mort' or 'Public Enemy Number One', on the life of gangster Jacques Mesrine. Note the classic cars.

This aircraft form part of the Musee de l'Air collection at Le Bourget. The backdrop is the old terminal building which now houses part of the museum.
