This Svenska Aeroplan AB (SAAB) J35F-2 was delivered to the Flygvapnet (Royal Swedish Air Force) as 35548 on 11 November 1968. Flew up to June 1986 with that Scandinavic air force. It was sold as N543J to Mach Two Flight Services, a company that provided high speed aircraft for research. On 6 April 1994, it was sold to to James R. Merizan with Flight Materials Company at McClellan AFB (CA). in January 2014, the Certificate of Airworthiness was issued for the last time, the registration was cancelled on 21 March 2017. Draken was last noted stored at Chino (CA)
