Retired and used from 1970 as a weapons target on the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland until donated to the Bradley Air Museum in Windsor Locks, Connecticut in 1979. Acquired by Jack Erikson in 1988 and stored for a period at Medford OR. before restoration and display, initially with the Tillamook Air Museum and from 2014 with the Erickson Collection at Madras. Displayed with the nose art of Attack Squadron VA-84 who flew two of the type in 1948.
