Built in 1959 as A4D-2 (redesignated A-4B in 1962). Served in the US Navy from 1959 to 1969 with BuNo 145013 (this number is still visible on the inside of the open front landing gear cover). Stored at Military Aircraft Storage and Disposition Center (Tuscon, AZ) from 1970 to 1973. In 1973 procured by Singapore and converted to A-4S in in the mid-1970s. From 2001 at display at Republic of Singapore Air Force Museum.
