On display at Jeju Aerospace Museum. ROKAF operated around 200 Phantoms over 55 years, with the first F-4D Phantoms touching down at Daegu AB on 29 Aug 1969 till the type was retired on 16 Jun 2010. This aircraft was taken on charge by ROKAF in Nov 1983. The RF-4C served from 18 Dec 1989 to 28 Feb 2014. The F-4E was inducted in 1977 and retired on 7 Jun 2024 at Suwon AB, making ROKAF one of the longest operators of the Phantom.

The dual seat Falcon was manufactured under the Piece Bridge II program and by Samsung Aerospace. It was delivered to the RoKAF on 7 March 1996. In 2024 it was probably assigned to the 19 FW which is commanding one KF-16C squadron (155 FS) and two F-16C/D squadrons (161 and 162 FS).
