First flown on 21 August 1985 and delivered to the USAF on 5 September 1995. First assigned to the 17th TFS with a 'SW'-tailcode at Shaw (FL), participated tin Desert Storm where it flew at least 46 combat missions (according to its mission marks then). In January 1992, it was moved to the 163rd TFS ('FW') at Fort Worth (TX). Then from September 2010 assigned to the 179th FS at Duluth of the Minnesota ANG, before it was transferred to the 64th Agressor Squadron at Nellis in September 2010. Since May 2011, it was furnished in this desert camouflage jacket.

64AGRS F-16s come in many different colours, 84-1236 has received a desert scheme as can be seen here during RF 16-2. It seems like the pilot forgot to retract the undercarriage during take off. this F-16 served at Shaw AFB after its delivery on 5 September 1985 and was first reported with 64AGRS in September 2010.
