During Army 2017, the pilot of this An-148 invited us in. With its full digital cockpit, the 148 can be compared to modern Western airliners. But seeing it, I still can't help to see it as a Regional Jet on which BAe forgot to attach two of its four engines ;-)

The Mil Mi-28 Havoc attack helicopter is the Russian equivalent of the Boeing AH-64D Apache. Both robust helicopters, both two engines, both dual seat, both equipped with a canon under the nose section, both have the option for heavy arms underneath the wings and as an enemy you don't want to see both that close to your position.

A somewhat enthusiastic landing of one of the most modern fighter aircraft of the Russian Federation - Aerospace Forces (RF VKS). The Su-35S belongs to the 968th Instructor-Research Aviation Regiment at Lipetsk and participated in the airshow of Kubinka - Army 2017.

The Russian Federation - Naval Aviation (AVMF-RF) is flying the Su-30SM, a twin-engine, two-seat supermaneuverable fighter aircraft developed by Russia's Sukhoi Aviation Corporation. It is a multirole fighter for all-weather, air-to-air and air-to-surface deep interdiction missions. The Su-30SM is equipped with canards, thrust-vectoring, and a long-range phased-array radar and is a scary adversary for western aircraft. This 48 blue belongs to the 43rd Independent Naval Assault Aviation Regiment at Saki (the Crimea).
