Pictured during a visit to Mirage 2000 air base Hsinchu, this Taiwanese indigenously built AIDC AT-3, named Tzu Chiang, jet trainer. The type was developed from March 1975 by AIDC as an advanced jet trainer that could replace the aging T-33A of the RoCAF. The first prototype 0801 (69-6001) first took off on 16 September 1980. More than sixty AT-3s were ordered.

The Taiwanese Hardened Aircraft Shelters are great coloured that you almost forget that there is an aircraft inside. Luckily, the Mirage 2000 taxied out so a picture of the combination of the shelter and aircraft was created. France announced on 17 November 1992 that it has sold sixty Dassault Mirage 2000-5 fighters to the Republic of China Air Force (RoCAF), 48 single-seat 2000-5Ei and 12 two-seat 2000-5Di). They are all based at Hsinchu air base.

The Taiwanese Army operates the Kiowa Warrior with the Army Aviation Training Centre (AATC). Some forty armed scout helicopters were bought under an US Foreign Military Sales programme. The black serial on the engine bay as well as on the tail referers to the US serial 98-00060.
