First delivery to Paninternational as D-ALAQ, later D-AMAM with Germanair and G-AZPZ with Dan-Air. Sold by BA to Oriental Airlines. W/o on 18 September 1994 at Tamanrasset in Algeria where the aircraft was due to make a refuelling stop on a flight carrying a Nigerian football team from Tunis to Lagos after an Africa Cup match. Three landing attempts were made in dust haze. The fourth approach was not in alignment with either of the two runways, the aircraft breaking up during the landing roll, colliding with a light pole and a building
