Ex Luftwaffe and RAF VM923. After civil conversion by Short & Harland, it was used on UK domestic services until arrival in Ringway's Hangar 522 on 9 September 1947 for storage. Scrapped in February 1948 - the engines and undercarriage have already gone; also a section of the cabin roof.
