PK-ADC after its arrival from the Dutch East Indies. The USAAF took it and gave it the call sign VHCXB which was painted on the rear fuselage. Force-landed near Charleville, Queensland, on November 6, 1942. Broken on site up for spares. On May 14, 1942, PK-ADC had been flown under the Sydney Harbour Bridge by a Dutch crew as a protest at the way the Americans commandeered Dutch aircraft taking refuge in Australia. .
