Delivered to Pelita Air Service as PK-PTP in 1985. To Manunggal Air as PK-VTP in 1999. Damaged beyond repair when it made an emergency return to Jayapura-Sentani, Indonesia, due to engine trouble and skidded off the runway on landing then struck a fence in 2001.
