Built in 1964. Delivered to SADIA as PP-SDG. Transferred to Transbrasil in 1972. Acquired by British Midland in 1973 as G-ASVO. Leased to Air Anglia. Transferred to British Air Ferries in January 1977. Leased to a variety of operators including Gulf Air, British Island Airways, Air UK, Nile Valley Aviation, Libyan Arab Airlines, Agip, Guernsey Airlines and British World Airlines. Moved to Channel Express in 1993. Damaged beyond economic repair taxiing at Bournemouth in 1997. Cockpit section preserved as a museum exhibit. This photo is copyright © David A.
