Mitla meaning "place of eternal rest" is an arqueological site in Oaxaca, it was built by the Zapotecs. One of its characteristics are the stone mosaics covering the walls in the form of right angle frets. Xa-MXC made its first flight with this livery on January 8, 1991 This photo is copyright © Augusto Gómez Rojas, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
