Delivered to JAL as JA8530 in 1976. Sold as N157DM in 1997 and converted to a DC-10-40(F) freighter for Challenge Air Cargo as N140WE in 1998. To Centurion Air Cargo in 2001, South winds Cargo in 2004 and to Arrow Air in 2006. Withdrawn from use at Opa Locka, FL in 2008 and scrapped in 2009.
