AAL1539 arriving from KPHX. Built in 2017, the first production A321neo, tested as D-AYAL, and delivered to Virgin America as N921VA on 19 April 2017. Joined Alaska Airlines almost exactly a year later via merger, and ended up flying Alaska's final A321 flight 30 September 2021. Bought by American in 2023, and entered service in 2024.
