Built for the Luftwaffe 1942 and coded KI-GX, later recoded 3 black. On a mission from Petsamo in Finland on 5 October 1943 it ran into heavy snowstorms and ran out of fuel. The pilot bailed out and the aircraft crashed west of Kongsfjord in Norway. In 1986 the wreck was recovered from the crash site and restored in Florida for display at the Norsk Luftfartsmuseum in Bodø. Here seen during later stages of the restoration.
