Delivered to the RAF in May 1947, sold as G-APHV in September 1957 and flew with Hants and Sussex Aviation, BKS Surveys, Survey Flights Ltd and Kemps Aerial Surveys before being purchased by William Roberts in September 1973 , along with three other Kemps Survey Ansons, for the Strathallan Collection. Acquired by the National Museum of Flight at East Fortune in 1982, the aircraft has since undergone a lengthy restoration.
