The 100th anniversary celebrations of the Italian Air Force Tornado were held at Pratica di Mare in June 2023. Seen here is a formation of four 6 Stormo Tornados. The Stormo (or wing in English), is named after lieutenant Alfredo Fusco, and is made up of 3 Gruppos ( 102nd, 154th and 155th ) with taskings of conventional all-weather fighter-bombers, all-weather fighter-reconnaissance aircraft, operational conversion unit and electronic warfare tactical suppression. The nickname of the wing is Diavoli Rossi (Red Devils in English). MM7051 is the one closest to the camera.
