TLG 31 is known as the Boelcke Geschwader, named after Oswald Boelcke, a fighter ace of WW I fame and named as the father of the German fighter air force. The EF-2000s of this unit carry the crest with red wings and a sword on the tail. Eurofighter with serial 3152 is seen here at its homebase Nörvenich in February 2021.
