Built as L-21B 54-2335 and supplied to the Royal Netherlands Air Force under Mutual Defense Assistance Program as R-107. It was initially civilianised PH-PVW and in June 1981 came on to the British registered as G-GDAM. In September 2003 it was re-registered G-CCKW and in March 2019 was transferred to the very appropriate Belgium marks OO-CUB.
