Delivered to Western Air Lines as N312WA in 1986 who merged into Delta Air Lines in 1987. Converted to a 737-347(SF) freighter for Cardigair as PK-BBB in 2008 then to My Indo Airlines as PK-MYY in 2015. Withdrawn from use at Bandung in 2023.
