Delivered to United Airlines as N1809U in 1972. Stored at Las Vegas in 1994. To Federal Express in 1997. Reregistered as N370FE and converted to a DC-10-10(F) freighter in 1998. Conversion completed in 1999. Converted to an MD-10-10F in 2003. Damaged beyond repair when the left main gear collapsed on landing at Fort Lauderdale, FL in 2016.
