Built in 1963 for the Soviet AF as "60" and later allocated CCCP-11408, to Aerofreight in 1998 and Silk Way in 2004 as 4K-AZ56, later changed to UR-CAF and 4K-AZ25. W/o on 18th May 2016 positioning from Camp Dwyer (Helmand province of Afghanistan) to Mary (Turkmenistan) when engine No. 3 failed during the take-off run.
