This Thunderbolt II was built by Fairchild as a A-10A, the aircraft was modified to OA-10A. It was stored at 309th AMARC with inventory code AAAC0307 from 11 July 2002 but was soon after returned to service and assigned to the 354th FW in Alaska. Served to 81st FS at Spang from June 2007 to September 2008. Was modified to A-10C, returned to serve with the 23rd Wing at Pope and was eventually again stored at AMARG from 18 May 2023 onwards.
