The victory monument in Zafertepeçalköy has two aircraft on display on top of a hill. This rather anonymous Do-28D-1 is one of them, overlooking the area. It was formerly operated by the Turkish military and delivered to them in 1983-1984. After its military service life it was passed on to the Turkish Aeronautical Association (THK).
