Delivered to the US Navy as P2V-7S 147964 in 1960. Redesignated as an SP-2H in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1975. Sold as N964LH in 1986 then to Aero Union as N718AU in 1987. Converted to a firestar firebomber which had the jet engines, auxiliary fuel tanks and expansion tanks removed and carried 2000 gallons of retardant on computer controlled constant flow doors.
