Delivered to the USAAF as B-23 39-36. Redesignated as a UC-67 in 1944. Sold as NR52327 in 1945. Converted to executive configuration. Reregistered as N52327 after 1948, Damaged when the landing gear collapsed while landing at Kingman AZ in 1984.
