The latest flight of KC-135s in the French Air Force payed a visit to Toulouse before their transfer and storage to Nimes airport; This one carries a special livery celebrating the end of duty after 61 years in the French Strategic Air Force for the kind of aircraft. This well-deserved retirement marks the definitive turning of a page. Note that it is no longer equipped with the flexible in-flight refuelling basket.
