Delivered to Alitalia as I-DIWX in 1971. To AeroPeru as OB-R-1210 in 1981. Reregistered as OB-1210 in 1989. To ICX - International Charter XPress as N61CX, converted to a freighter then to ATI - Air Transport International in 1994. Withdrawn from use at Marana, AZ in 2011 and scrapped in 2016.
