On display with the excellent Norsk Teknisk Museum in Oslo, is this Bell 47J in the colours of Helikopterservice A/S, a company founded in 1956. In 1971, this helicopter was the first to be stationed in the North Sea. There, it transported personnel during the construction of Ekofisk oil field. It served until 1984.
