This is the first prototype of what was planned to be a five-seat composite kit helicopter for amateur construction. This photo is after it had ditched in Waitemata Harbour following a loss of power on May 7, 2013. A second flying prototype (ZK-HOL c/n 003) flew in November that year. It crashed a year later during an emergency landing near Auckland. Neither accident was fatal but the project came to an end.
