Built as an L-200D and registered as OK-PHB in 1961. Converted to an L-210 in 1966. To Letecké Muzeum Kunovice by 1996. Moved to Bořetice-Hasičská zbrojnice Bořetice and preserved at the side of a road by a fire station.
