Registered as OK-AZA in 1971. To Slovair as OK-ADQ in 1972. To CSA in 1976 then to SLI Flight Inspection in 1982 and Slovácký Aeroklub in 1984. Withdrawn from use at the LET Factory by 1988. Looks like it had an accident. Moved to Zruc Air Park in 2002 then to Piet Smedts Collection at Baarlo, Netherlands in 2003. Used as a bedroom at Camping Land uit zee, Wieringerwerf, Netherlands from 2015 then to Venhorst Paintball Boekel, Netherlands in 2020.
