Rolled out of the Pilatus production line in 1969, as a B1-H2 and with the registration HB-FFA, it was subsequently upgraded to a B2-H4 and operated by Zimex aviation. Re-registered in France as F-GOBR, it was damaged in a crash on the 13 October 2002, before being rebuilt as HB-FMR in 2005. Re-engined with a PT-6A-34, it met its end on the 30 May 2008 over Lillo, when a wing separated from the fuselage during a skydiving flight. Luckily, nine of the skydivers were able to leave the aircraft on time, but the tenth one and the pilot were killed.
