This two twelve (ex Bell test registration N2134A) was delivered to the Sri Lanka Air Force as CH-535 in 1983 and reportedly as such written off during a brown-out landing in which it subsequently struck trees in September 1986. Apparently it was repaired, reserialled to CH-566 and assigned to SLAF No.7 Helicopter Squadron. Reserialled to SUH-4105 in 2010 and again to SUH-566 by March 2012. 566 is seen here while getting an overhaul with the Aircraft Engineering Wing.
