This A-10 was delivered to the 354th TFW at Myrtle Beach AFB, SC in July 1977. It later flew with the 355th TFW/TTW at Davis Monthan AFB before being retired and transferred to Eielson AFB, AK to serve as a GA-10A maintenance instructional trainer.
