The RTR was the ELINT version of the recce version of the Il-28. and this example is now on display with the engine cowling removed. This example served by 47. pzlp (Reconnaissance Air Regiment) at Milovice and Pardubice before being retired in September 1969 and marked for preservation at the Kbely museum.
