This is actually USN SP-2H BuNo 147954 paint to represent a USAF RB-69A. This particular aircraft was the first P2V-7S delivered, carryingadditional ASW/ECM equipment. Seven P2V-7Us were loaned by the Navy for use by the CIA in covert operations as aerial reconnaissance/ELINT platforms, fitted with a range of surveillance electronics packages.
