This plane carries the titles and Commemorative legend in Polish (100th anniversary of Poland regaining independence) on the port side, with the figure of Józef Piłsudski, widely regarded as the founder of modern Poland, on the tail. The starboard side has the titles and a very slightly different legend in English (100 years of regaining independence of Poland) with a different tail image.
