Painted in SE Asia camouflage to represent HH-43F 58-1845 that crashed at Phan Rang AB in October 1968. It is in fact 58-1853 which was delivered to the USAF in February 1960 and assigned to the 3635th FTW, Stead AFB, NV. It was later transferred to various units in the US before retiring from the 44th AARS at Craig AFB, AL in March 1973. It was transferred to the museum in 1988 for display.
