Early afternoon arrival operating Qlink579D from Mt Gambier on short final for Rw 05. Qantaslink have all but replaced their Dash-8-300s on South Australian services with Dash-8-400s resulting in us again seeing the larger aircraft after many years. As at this writing, there is one Dash-8-300 allocated to Adelaide and used when required. The 300 may or may not be cycled through Adelaide as was past practice and is current practice with 400s.
