Diamond International Corporation. The Swearingen Merlin II was uncommon. It had a swearingen built pressurized body on Beech QueenAir wings with a low tail. Garrett engines on the IIB, PT-6 on the IIA and piston engines on the original II version. On a wet Business Aviation ramp. Heathrow South, this had flags of the nations on the nosewheel door, maybe a sales trip? This photo is copyright © M D West, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
