First flown in February 1969 and delivered new to Malév the next month. Malév started scheduled service to Oslo-Fornebu once a week April 1st 1969, using Tu-134 on Tuesday afternoon. The routing was Budapest to East Berlin-Schönefeld and Copenhagen-Kastrup to Oslo-Fornebu, returing the same way. In 1971 they changed to twice weekly, Mondays and Fridays. HA-LBE was withdrawn from use in 1987 and preserved at Budapest Aeropark. Photo by my good friend Jan Olav Martinsen from the roof terrace at Fornebu.
