Built as an RF-4C. Converted to an NRF-4C test aircraft. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ in 1992. Left in 1995 and preserved Kelly AFB, TX then at Lackland AFB, TX from 1999 marked with fake serial 65-895.
