First flown 10 March 1968 and delivered new to Varig as PP-VDT in 1968. In September 1975 it was bought by Fred Olsen as LN-FOM for operating on behalf of the Norwegian CAA as calibration aircraft replacing the old CV-340 LN-FOF. August 1996 to West Air Sweden as SE-LEY. Withdrawn from use and broken up for spares in 2001.
