A squadron exchange with four RF-104Gs of the 3°Stormo with one of the RAF Laarbruch squadrons took place in October 1987. Here 3-16 is pictured in landing to the RAF Germany base. MM6535 was built by Fiat, and withdrawn from use in the early ninetees. After a long career dumped at Verona-Villafranca and was eventually used in a anti-fire exercise in Catania-Sigonella.
